Annual Historic Preservation reporting for DOE and DOE_BIL WAP units completed during the time period of 9/1 through 8/31 is due every year no later than the 2nd Friday of August. Please complete the form below and return it to Elisabeth.Hunter@tdhca.texas.gov.
