TDHCA announces a rule action relating to 10 TAC Chapter 1, Subchapter D, Uniform Guidance for Recipients of Federal and State Funds, that was approved by the TDHCA Governing Board on June 13, 2024. This rule will be released for public comment and returned to the Board for final adoption.

TDHCA announces a rule action relating to 10 TAC Chapter 8, Project Rental Assistance Program Rule, Section 8.6, Program Regulations and Requirements, that was approved by the TDHCA Governing Board on June 13, 2024. This rule will be released for public comment and returned to the Board for final adoption.

TDHCA is accepting public comment on its draft PRICE NOFO Application. The Public Comment period for the draft application began Saturday, June 22, 2024, and runs through Saturday, July 6, 2024.

TDHCA will hold one public hearing during a 15-day Public Comment period to accept public comment on the draft PRICE NOFO Application. The Public Comment period for the draft application is Saturday, June 22, 2024, through Saturday, July 6, 2024.

The public hearing for the draft PRICE NOFO is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at 2 p.m., Central Time, at the Stephen F. Austin Office Building, in Room 172. The building is located at 1700 Congress Avenue, Austin, TX 78701.

Notice is hereby given of a telephonic public hearing to be held by the Texas Department
of Housing and Community Affairs (the “Issuer”) on July 9, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Central time. All interested
parties are invited to call in to express their views with respect to the Development and the issuance
of the Bonds, each as described herein. Interested parties may join the public hearing on the date
and the time indicated above by dialing 844-291-6362 (US Toll Free) and, when prompted,
entering the access code 126449#.

The hearing is regarding the issuance of obligations by the Issuer, which may be issued
pursuant to a plan of finance in one or more series, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed
$35,000,000 (the “Bonds”). The Bonds will be issued as exempt facility bonds for a qualified
residential rental project pursuant to section 142(a)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as
amended (the “Code”). Proceeds of the Bonds will be loaned to LDG Walnut Springs, LP, or an
affiliate thereof (collectively, the “Borrower”) to partially finance an affordable multifamily
housing development (the “Development”) located at approximately 2450 North Guadalupe
Street, Seguin, Guadalupe County, Texas 78155. The Borrower is the initial owner and principal
user of the Development.

Boulevard, Dallas, Dallas County, Texas 75211. The Borrower is the initial owner and principal
user of the Development.
