Current Division and Department Announcements will be posted below. The Multifamily Finance Division now hosts forums to help answer application questions and concerns during the application process. Forums, when available, are posted by topic.

If any address or any location relative to the Census tracts is incorrect, please email any corrections or suggestions to julie.leung@tdhca.texas.gov.
• 2024 Competitive Housing Tax Credit Public Hearing Schedule

    • Description: The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) will hold a public hearing in order to receive public comment on 2024 Competitive (9%) Housing Tax Credit (HTC) applications received in Texas Uniform State Service Regions 7, 9, 11, and 13 on April 22, 2024 beginning at 6 p.m. Those interested in attending this public hearing may go to Texas Capitol Extension, Hearing Room E2.026 at 1100 Congress Avenue, Austin, TX 78701.
