Nov. 22: Acquisitions and Rehabilitations Webinar and Office Hours

TDHCA's Multifamily Compliance division will host a live webinar on Acquisitions and Rehabs on November 22, 2024, from 9 to 10:30 a.m., Central Time.

The webinar will go over the requirements of acquisitions, rehabs, and re-syndication of funds. This presentation will focus on the requirements of the Housing Tax Credit program; however, staff will discuss the addition of funds on other programs monitored by TDHCA. Directly after the webinar, TDHCA's Compliance staff will be available for questions on the presented topic until 10:30 a.m., or when the acquisition and rehabilitation questions have all been answered.
