TDHCA Multifamily Compliance staff will present Office Hours and Training on Transfers, live online, on Friday, April 11, 2025, from 9 to 11:30 a.m., Central Time.

TDHCA's Multifamily Compliance division monitors Housing Tax Credit (HTC), HTC Exchange, Tax Credit Assistance Program (TCAP), Texas Housing Trust Fund (THTF), BOND, HOME, HOME-ARP, TCAP-RF, National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF), and Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). In the training from 9 to 10:30 a.m., staff will discuss program transfer requirements, reporting requirements for transferred households, and what qualifies as a transfer. 

Multifamily Compliance staff will then remain available afterward in an open session forum until 11:30 a.m. on April 11 to allow the Department's partners to ask questions on any multifamily compliance topic. Webinar participants may remain online, or for those not wanting to attend the Transfer Training, please login around 10:30 a.m. This is an opportunity for all participants to ask or listen to multifamily compliance-related questions.

The open forum time of the webinar time will cover multifamily compliance or physical inspection topics as brought up by interested parties. There will be no formal presentation during this time frame, but staff will be on-hand to answer questions and offer guidance.
