Gateway Oak Cliff, a 230-unit, mixed-income property in the Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas, has officially opened its doors to working class families. Of the 230 units, 184 are designated for those families earning 60 percent or less of the Area Median Income. Situated just minutes from downtown Dallas, Gateway Oak Cliff is near popular destinations such as The Dallas Zoo, Bishop Arts District, and Dallas’ Central Business District.  The income-restricted property, at 400 South Beckley Avenue, is a 2021 4% Housing Tax Credit recipient, receiving $1.64 million in tax credits and worth an approximate value of $16.4 million over the 10-year term.

Gateway Oak Cliff is owned by Dallas County and its partner, Catholic Housing Initiative.
