TDHCA celebrates new affordable housing development in Fort Worth

TDHCA is celebrating a new affordable housing property in Fort Worth! Clifton Riverside officially welcomed residents on March 27. The income-restricted property, at 2406 East Belknap Street, is a 2023 9% Housing Tax Credit recipient, receiving $1.5 million in tax credits and worth an approximate value of $15 million over the 10-year term.
Clifton Riverside, situated just east of downtown Fort Worth, overlooks the Trinity River and walk and bike trail in the Riverside Neighborhood.
