The properties are near popular destinations such as The Dallas Zoo, the Bishop Arts District, and Dallas’ Central Business District.  The income-restricted property, at 1805 South Zang Boulevard, is a 2022 4% Housing Tax Credit recipient, receiving nearly $2.4 million in tax credits and worth an approximate value of $24 million over the 10-year term.
