Those 55 years and over can experience a new affordable housing property in Round Rock, courtesy of Cornerstone Associates. Legacy Senior Residences at 1551 Red Bud Lane held their ribbon-cutting ceremony November 30, welcoming current residents and members of the Round Rock community. Legacy Senior Residences is a 2020 4% Housing Tax Credit recipient, receiving $1.2 million in tax credits and worth an approximate value of $12 million over the 10-year term.
