TDHCA will conduct an in-person Income Determination Training in Austin, on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at 8:30 a.m., Central Time (CST), in room 116 at the TDHCA office building. The building is located at 221 East 11th Street, Austin, Texas 78701. Registration will begin at 8 a.m. and the training will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m.

The Income Determination Training focuses on eligibility requirements of TDHCA's various affordable housing programs. All affordable housing property owners and managers, and all Multifamily Direct Loan (MFDL) program contract administrators are invited to attend. The course is taught by TDHCA multifamily compliance staff and covers topics such as income, assets, student status, documenting household income, and more.

The training is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., with breaks in the morning and afternoon and a break for lunch. Lunch and refreshments are not provided.
