TDHCA will present New Owner Training, live online, on Friday, February 7, 2025, from 9 to 10:30 a.m., Central Time.

This webinar will be led by TDHCA compliance staff, and will provide information that new owners, managers, and on-site staff need to know in order to comply with TDHCA monitored programs. Staff will discuss TDHCA's expectations, the Compliance Monitoring and Tracking System (CMTS), Final Construction Inspections, National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE), File Monitoring Reviews, Corrective Action, Enforcement Processes, and additional training opportunities. This webinar is an overview of several topics discussed in greater detail in other available trainings. The New Owner Training webinar serves as a starting point for new owners, managers, and on-site staff to have an overview of the requirements of the TDHCA Multifamily programs' requirements.

Multifamily Compliance staff will remain available afterward in an open session forum until 11:30 a.m. on February 7 to allow the Department's partners to ask questions on any multifamily compliance topic. Webinar participants may remain online, or for those not wanting to attend the New Owner Training, please login around 10:30 a.m. This is an opportunity for all participants to ask or listen to multifamily compliance-related questions.

Attendance for the webinar and open session forum is FREE, and registration is required. Please register online at https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/7057340071425974365.

The open forum time will cover multifamily compliance or physical inspection topics as brought up by interested parties. There will be no formal presentation during this timeframe, but staff will be on-hand to answer questions and offer guidance.
