Nov. 22: Acquisitions and Rehabilitations Webinar and Office Hours

TDHCA's Multifamily Compliance division will host a live webinar on Acquisitions and Rehabs on Nov. 22, 2024, from 9 to 10:30 a.m., Central Time.
The webinar will go over the requirements of acquisitions, rehabs, and re-syndication of funds. This presentation will focus on the requirements of the Housing Tax Credit program; however, staff will discuss the addition of funds on other programs monitored by TDHCA. Directly after the webinar, TDHCA's Compliance staff will be available for questions on the presented topic until 10:30 a.m., or when the acquisition and rehabilitation questions have all been answered.
Multifamily Compliance staff will remain available afterward in an open session forum until 11:30 a.m. on Nov. 22 to allow the Department's partners to ask questions on any multifamily compliance topic. Webinar participants may remain online, or for those not wanting to attend the acquisition/rehab webinar, please login around 10:30 a.m. This is an opportunity for all participants to ask or listen to multifamily compliance-related questions.

The open forum time of the webinar time will cover multifamily compliance or physical inspection topics as brought up by interested parties. There will be no formal presentation during this timeframe, but staff will be on-hand to answer questions and offer guidance.
