TDHCA's Compliance Monitoring division will present a live online presentation on leasing activities and respective forms for the 811 PRA program, including HOTMA requirements. The training is scheduled for July 30, 2024, from 9 a.m. to noon, Central Time.  Multifamily owners, management staff, managers, and on-site staff with properties participating in the 811 PRA program are encouraged to attend.
