TDHCA's Multifamily Compliance division will host a live webinar regarding the Monitoring of Housing Tax Credit Developments after the Federal Compliance Period (commonly referred to as Post-15) on July 19, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., Central Time.

The Post-15 Housing Tax Credit Monitoring presentation will cover the monitoring changes that happen when a Housing Tax Credit property has fulfilled the Federal Compliance Period. Directly after the webinar, TDHCA's Compliance staff will be available for questions on the presented topic until 10:30 a.m., or when the Post-15 Monitoring questions have all been answered.

Multifamily Compliance staff will remain available afterward in an open session forum until noon on July 19 to allow the Department's partners to ask questions on any multifamily compliance topic. Webinar participants may remain online, or for those not wanting to attend the Monitoring Housing Tax Credit after the Federal Compliance Period webinar, please login after 10:30 a.m. This is an opportunity for all participants to ask or listen to multifamily compliance-related questions.
