The Rural Rental Housing Association of Texas and TDHCA will present a live online presentation of the Housing Tax Credit Compliance Training on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central time.

This training will be led by TDHCA compliance staff to ensure compliance with all tax credit program requirements. This training session will focus on requirements included in the Land Use Restriction Agreements (LURAs) to ensure long term compliance with the rules and regulations governing the housing tax credit program. This class will help all individuals (owners, developers, management staff, and on-sight managers) ensure compliance when implementing Department funded programs.  

You must register with RRHA of Texas. Access instructions and materials will be emailed to each registrant no later than the day before the online training. The program is scheduled from 9:00 a.m. to 4 p.m., Central Time, and will include time for breaks and lunch.
