TDHCA's Multifamily Compliance division will host a live webinar on New Monitor Review Questionnaire on December 13, 2024, from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m., Central Time.  

During the webinar, staff will lead participants step-by-step through the completion process of the newly revised Monitor Review Questionnaire, and answer questions from attendees on the process. Directly after the webinar, TDHCA's Compliance staff will be available for questions on the presented topic until 10:30 a.m., or when the Questionnaire completion questions have all been answered.

Afterward, Compliance staff will remain available in an open session forum until 11:30 a.m. TDHCA's partners to ask questions on any multifamily compliance topic. Webinar participants may remain online, or for those not wanting to attend the Monitor Review Questionnaire webinar, please login around 10:30 a.m. This is an opportunity for all participants to ask or listen to multifamily compliance-related questions.
