TDHCA's Multifamily Compliance division will present a live webinar, "Income Determination Training," on August 1, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Central Time.

This webinar will cover the income determination process for all programs monitored by the Multifamily Compliance division. Staff will discuss the screening and qualifying process for the Housing Tax Credit Programs, the Texas Housing Trust Fund, and MFDL programs, which are monitored by this division. The webinar will cover background information, case studies, adjusted income, and end with "putting it all together." Other programs, such as TBRA, ESG, and Homeless Prevention will be covered in later virtual and in-person offerings.
